  • I was not satisified with the entire experience of dealing with this store. They leave you hanging waiting on a shipment to arrive, they won't tell you they are out of stock or backordered. So the item you ordered for a special occassion does not arrive for the occassion and you are left in a lurch. They do not return phone calls or answer emails. Over all bad experience. Will not recommend them .

  • RECOMMENDED! Scandinavian Grace has a new owner and he is very friendly. The store has changed slightly but for the better. The selection is amazing. It's a small store but has lots of charm. Don't let the previous review dissuade you from visiting this Williamsburg gem. I'm a huge fan!

    Side note: Before the new ownership, I too did not have a great experience at this store. Since the change in owners, I've almost never left the store empty-handed. It's a great place to buy gifts for friends, and also a great place to find wonderful things for your home.
