Where is everyone summering?

Where is everyone summering? Away from all the upper E/W siders and wall streeters. Where do all the artists go? Patchogue? Mastic Beach? Stay local? Coney Island?

  • Mastic Beach. It's like the Hamptons circa 1960 when Pollack, Krasner and de Kooning were there. Before the entitlement crowd showed up. Bungalows for around $200,000 on the bay!
