"Fuck Don Pablo Pedro" Solo Show edit info

This August, Pandemic will present the work of artist Don Pablo Pedro. Don Pablo Pedro draws on the technical conventions of Old Masters such as El Greco and Hieronymus Bosch, and provocatively blurs the lines between perversity and sensuality, sacred and profane, suffering and ecstasy. Don Pablo Pedro's work has previously been featured on P.S.1's website (see http://ps1.org/studio-visit/artist/don-pablo-pedro) and on Brooklyn Street Art's blog (see http://www.brooklynstreetart.com/theBlog/?p=3765), and the artist maintains a website at http://donpablopedro.blogspot.com.

Opening night for the “Fuck Don Pablo Pedro” solo show is Saturday, July 31st, 2010, from 7PM until 11PM. There is no cover charge for this event. Pandemic Gallery is accessible via the L subway line (Bedford stop) and the Q59 bus line (Broadway/Wythe stop). The gallery is open daily from 11AM to 6PM, and “Fuck Don Pablo Pedro” runs through August 23rd.
