Glass bottles on beaches!

On Friday, April 18, 10:00 AM at the Committee Room in City hall, the City Council's Parks & Recreations subcommittee have on the floor a Local Law to amend the administrative code of the City of New York in relation to prohibiting objects containing glass packaging or containers on or within 150 feet of a beach owned by the City of New York.
