WIlliamsburg & DOB stop orders

To illustrate how stop work orders can impact Williamsburg (of which DOB Commish Lancaster had handed out 10,000 partial or full Stop Work Orders last year), we'd like to point to the Curbed report of construction resuming at  Urban Green (N 5, N6th  between Bedford & Berry).

The "What's Going on Here" sign outside says the project will be finished by October 1. We're not so sure about that.
